Service and Responsibilities:

The Cocke County Circuit Court Clerk is responsible for the filing of civil cases, criminal cases, and appeals from Juvenile and General Sessions Court. Besides, the Circuit Court Clerk is also in charge of handling civil jury trials, criminal jury trials and child support cases. Furthermore, the Circuit Court Clerk handles payments such delinquent taxes, court costs, fines, fees and restitution as directed by the Court and also collects and disburses child support payments as ordered by the Circuit Court Judges.
