The Coffee County Jail does not have an online list of inmates currently housed in the facility. If you need to locate an inmate here, you can contact the Booking department at 931-570-4420 or 931-570-4018. The new jail is located at 3176 Hillsboro Blvd., Manchester, Tennessee. It has a 400-bed capacity.

Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

Inmates are encouraged to receive visits from family while they are incarcerated at the Coffee County Jail. Each inmate is allowed 1 hour per week. Visitors must be on a pre-approved list which has a maximum of 3 visitors. Visitation is primarily for immediate family. Other visitors such as boyfriends/girlfriends will be approved on a case-to-case basis. Visitors may be required to produce positive identification before they are allowed entry into the facility.

To deposit money into an inmate’s commissary account, you can send it via mail or drop it off at the lobby of the jail. If an accused individual cannot pay the money required to secure his release, he can use the services of a bondsman. For a fee, the bondsman will make himself responsible for paying the entire bail amount if the accused misses a court appearance. The fee is non-refundable and is usually 10% of the bail amount.
