You can locate an individual at this facility by scrolling down the list which is arranged according to the inmate’s status (i.e. awaiting initial hearing, awaiting trial, sentenced). Important Jail Policies and Procedures:
Inmates at the Fulton County Jail are allowed two 15-minute visits each week. Visitation hours are held on Wednesdays from 1:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. as well as 5:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Each inmate is allowed only one visit for this day. Weekend visitation is scheduled as follows:
Saturday 1-3:30pm: Inmates with last names ranging from A to L
Sunday 1-3:30pm: Inmates with last names ranging from M to Z
Inmates are responsible for submitting the names of individuals they want to visit for approval. The list should contain no more than 3 people and can only be changed at the first of every month.
All visitors are required to present a valid form of ID at the time of visitation. Those under 18 need to be escorted by a parent or legal guardian whose name appears on the inmate’s visitation list. An inmate’s immediate children under 18 years old are not counted as one of the allotted 3 visitors.
All visitors must be properly dressed. Cameras and cell phones are not allowed in the visitation booth.
Inmate are also allowed to receive mail. Outgoing mail must have the Inmate’s full name and address in the upper left hand corner of the envelope in order to be accepted by the US Post Office. Incoming mail must have the complete name and address of the sender before it will be delivered to the inmate. All incoming mail will be inspected for contraband with the exception of legal mail. Mail containing stickers, colored drawings, glitter, paint, etc. will be confiscated and held until the inmate’s release.

Bail and Bondsman
The money lodged with the court as collateral in exchange for a pretrial inmate’s release is called bail. This will be held in the court’s keeping for the entire duration of the trial. If the defendant doesn’t appear at his trial, he will forfeit the money and become labeled a fugitive.
