Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

Inmates at the LaGrange County Jail are given the privilege of visitation. All visitors must present a valid photo ID with date of birth. Individuals younger than 18 years old will not be allowed to visit. The first three people of legal age to sign up for visitation for an inmate will be the only ones allowed to visit for that session.

Visiting hours are posted in each cellblock and in the lobby of the jail. Cell phones, photographs, or any audio/video equipment will not be allowed inside the visitation area.

Bail and Bondsman
A person charged with a crime in LaGrange County can be released temporarily from jail while awaiting trial if bail has been posted.
