Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

Inmates at the Marshall County Jail are encouraged to keep in contact with family and friends through visitation. A valid photo ID must be presented whenever visiting. Visitors younger than 18 years old must be in the company of an adult. The jail reserves the right to search the persons and belongings of visitors entering the facility. With the exception of the ID and vehicle keys, all personal items will not be allowed inside the visitation area. All visitors must be appropriately attired. Tight fitting clothes and other suggestive/provocative attire will not be permitted.

Visitation occurs Monday through Saturday from 9:00am until 2:00 pm and from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Inmates are allowed one visit per day but limited to three visits per week.
