Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

Inmates at the Washington County Detention Center are given the privilege of visitation. Visitation can be scheduled here. All appointments must be scheduled at least 2 days before but no more than 9 days in advance. All visitors are required to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled visit. Visits are all conducted using the video visitation system. The number of twenty minute visits allowed per calendar week (Mon-Sun) and per day are determined by the Detainee’s housing unit.

Only two (2) adults may visit each detainee during any time slot. Visitors under the age of 18 must be in the company of a parent or legal guardian. Only two children under 18 may visit each detainee during any time slot.

Only individuals listed on the visitation reservation may visit. All visitors 16 years old and above must present a valid state issued photo ID.

Bail and Bondsman
