The Payne County Sheriff’s Office does not provide a web inmate roster for inmates housed in the local jail. You can call the Jail Administrator Reese Lane or the Assistant Jail Administrator Tony Osborn to inquire about recent arrests directly. Inmate Visitation Hours
From 8:30am to 11am on Wednesdays.
All visitors must sign in by 10:30am. Only immediate family is allowed to visit, unless an exclusive approval is provided by authorized staff. Inmates can have two visitors per week in the 10-minute slot. Visitors must be put on the approved list and agree to a search. Clergy can visit separately.
Inmate Money
Funds can be placed on an inmate’s account from Monday to Friday between 8am and 3pm. Use cash, money orders, or cashier’s checks. Make them payable to Payne County Sheriff’s Office and include the inmate’s name. You can also use cash and credit cards at the Kiosk located on the first floor of Payne County Courthouse or send money online by using Tiger Correctional Services.

All sex offenders and kidnappers must register in sex offender registries on managed on national level and state level.
