Service and Responsibilities:

The Court Clerk’s Office’s primary responsibility is to record files and keep permanent records of the District Court proceedings. The Clerk’s Office provides services such; Civil, Criminal, Probate, Juvenile, Domestic Relations, Small Claims Divisions of Court. Besides, the Court Clerk’s Office also maintains an appearance docket for each case filed, maintains word-for-word transcripts of court proceedings filed by the Court Reporter, and collects fees for licenses and court costs payments and deposits for the court funds.
