HS diploma or GED, minimum of 18 yrs old, minimum of 3 years previous work experience with the public, good verbal/written communication skills, valid driver’s license, basic keyboarding skills. Desirable skills/experience include 2-way radio and/or telephone training/experience, previous professional or responsible experience in emergency situations, CPR, First Aid, EMT.
