Becker County is located in the western part of Minnesota. Its county seat is in Detroit Lakes. A portion of the White Earth Indian Reservation extends into the county. A second offense will result in a lifetime ban from visiting at either of the Becker County Jails.

Posting Bond in Minnesota Court

Before any subject is released on bond, the bond must be approved by a judge after submission to the prosecuting lawyer for approval and execution.
