Visiting Rules:

Visitors must provide a valid photo ID before being allowed to visit.

Visitors must be on the inmate’s visitor list in order to visit.  Minors must also be on the visitor list but can be listed on the same line as the adult parent or legal guardian.

Visitors with alcohol on their breath or seemingly acting under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to visit.

Visitation will be denied if Detention Center staff has reasonable grounds to believe the visit may endanger the safety and security of the Hubbard County Detention Center.

The only item that you may drop off at the detention center is prescription medication and eyeglasses.  Medication must be in the original packaging with the inmate’s name on it and must be current.

No one under the age of 18 will be allowed to visit unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.  No exceptions.

Visitors may be subject to a pat search and if necessary a strip search or search with a metal detector.  Refusal to submit to a search will result in the denial of visitation.

Visitors that have been incarcerated in the Hubbard County Detention Center within the last 30 days will not be allowed to visit.
