Important Jail Policies and Procedures

All visitors must provide a valid photo identification.

All visitors, as well as their personal property, are subject to search or will be denied entrance. Personal property is not allowed in the visiting area.

Visitors must be 18 years of age or older unless they are a child of an inmate being visited, in which case, they must be accompanied by the other parent or legal guardian.

Inmates have the right to refuse any visit.

Inmate visits may be denied if the inmate is under disciplinary sanctions.

A maximum of 2 visitors per inmate is allowed at one time. A 2nd visit may be granted depending on the number of visiting requests and time and space available.

Posting Bond in Minnesota Court
