The District Court of Skamania County has limited jurisdiction over criminal misdemeanor cases, gross misdemeanor cases, infraction, small claims, all traffic and non-traffic infractions, name change, anti-harassment, domestic violence, and civil lawsuits involving amounts up to $100,000.
