Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

The Richland County Jail is located at 73 East Second Street, Mansfield, Ohio 44902. The visitors entrance is located on the southwest corner of the building.

Each inmate is allowed one vist per visitation day with a maximum of 2 visitors per visit. All visitors are required to bring positive identification. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian along with proof of guardianship and the minor’s birth certificate.

Visitors are not allowed to bring personal items into the visitation area such as coats, purses, cell phones, hats, etc. These will be left in the lobby of the jail.

Bail and Bondsman
