Park It. Lock It. Pocket It.

Similar to trends seen across the state, auto theft in Eden Prairie increased 152% between 2018 and 2020.

The majority of vehicles stolen are unlocked with the keys inside. Always lock your car and take your keys with you!

Yesterday our volunteer Police & Fire Chaplains hosted BBQ meals for our staff throughout the day. The 7 chaplains take turns serving on-call & are dispatched to scenes where officers think the spiritual presence of a Chaplain would bring comfort.

FYI. Twin Cities Summer Jam is happening tonight and tomorrow night at Canterbury Park in Shakopee. Sometimes the noise carries into Eden Prairie. If you hear Carrie Underwood tonight or Zac Brown Band tomorrow night in your neighborhood, that is why.
