Important Jail Policies and Procedures:

Inmates at the St. Clair County Jail are allowed one scheduled 30-minute visit per week. They are allowed three visitors duing any one visit, including children of the inmate. Visitors under 17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who must present the child’s birth certificate upon signing in. All visitors are subject to a search.

It is the inmate’s responsibility to set up visitation through a corrections officer. The officer will schedule a visit on a specific day and time that visits are allowed if there is an opening available. Inmates must then contact their visitors and inform them of the schedule.
