The Chief Justice is Tani Cantil-Sakauye and she was able to improve the transparency and efficiency of the judicial branch. There are track reforms made by Chief Justice and the ones being carried out by the Judicial Council.  There is civil learning that teaches the “Power of Democracy” campaign that helps in replenishing democracy in the state. As we welcome the public’s interest and concerns regarding the welfare of all inmates at our Custody Facilities, it is our intent to establish a visiting process that is conducted in as accommodating a manner as possible, subject to the need to maintain order, the safety of all persons, the security of the facility, and for required inmate activities and custody operations.

PLEASE VERIFY IF YOUR SCHEDULED VISIT IS FACE TO FACE OR VIDEO.  IF VIDEO IS SELECTED, VISIT WILL NOT BE CHANGED.  LATE ARRIVALS WILL BE SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.

All Public Visits are by Appointment Only. All Vistors require pre-registration, current photo ID, and adhere to proper attire rules upon check-in.  Photo will be taken of all adult visitors upon check-in for identification puposes only.

“Cell phones are not permitted inside visiting centers”

MCJ and PDC public visitors must arrive and check-in with visiting staff at least 60 minutes before the actual start time of your scheduled visit.  TTCF and CRDF 30 minutes, and LCMC and all Sheriff Stations at least 45 minutes before the actual start time.  If visitor is late and cannot be checked-in by staff, scheduled visit will be subject to cancellation and charged against the inmates visitation quota. Documentation of minors accompanied by Parent or Legal Guardian must be presented to the visiting staff. Visits can be made same day on-line 2 hours in advance.  Professionals and Public visitors for inmates located in the Correctional Treatment Center or newly booked persons at our Sheriff Stations are allowed to visit without an appointment.  Please confirm with the Visiting Center or Sheriff Station for availability before arriving.

If you are on Probation, Parole, or Ex-Felon, you will be required to complete a pre-approval form prior to your visit.
