Important Jail Policies and Procedures
Visitation is a privilege at the Greenlee County Jail. The Jail staff has the right to cancel any scheduled visits without any prior notice or explanation. Visitors are required to present government-issued ID for visits. No food, weapons, alcohol, drugs, or cell phones are allowed during the visits. Anyone below the age of 18 will not be allowed to visit an inmate unless he or she is accompanied by an adult. Individuals incarcerated at the Greenlee County Jail in the last six months aren’t allowed any visitations. If a minor is married to an inmate, he or she must provide valid identifications and a marriage certificate before any visitation is approved. Visits can be requested by filling up a form.
