Bail and Bondsman
The state courts in Utah are planning on using a new screening process for bail. A public safety assessment tool will be used by judges to get more information about a defendant before determining whether or not a defendant should be released on bail as well as how much. Contact a bonds agent if you want help in getting out of jail, clearing a warrant, or obtaining a new court date. A bonds agent will also provide guidance in navigating the justice system as well as clarify any recent policy changes.
