Services and Responsibilities:
The Court Administrator Office’s primary responsibility is to maintain everyday court operations such as case flow management, personnel management, jury management, preparation and management of the annual Court budget, information management, Space management, providing supplies for Court operations, managing the Magisterial District Justices, Community relations, and Public Information. Besides, the Court Administrator’s Office also maintains the court’s calendar. This involves scheduling and coordinating all hearings, arguments, jury trials, non-jury trials, master hearings, arbitrations, preliminary injunctions, protection from abuse, divorce matters, orphans court matters, monitor civil and criminal motions, petitions, stipulations, and continuance applications. Moreover, the Court Administrator oversees departments such, Judge’s Chambers, Adult Probation, Juvenile Probation, Domestic Relations, and the Court Computer Information Systems office.
