The Register in Probate organize the administrative functions and judicial duties of the Probate Court as well as provide assistance in the probate of all estate proceedings, including; Managing all formal probate files and administrative proceedings, wills filed for safekeeping, guardianships, conservatorships, protective placements, mental, alcohol and drug abuse commitment records and adoptions. Services and Responsibilities:

The Kenosha County Clerk is an elected county official, responsible for recording, filing, and preserving all types of records submitted for the public. The County Clerk performs services such as maintaining the official financial records for the county, conducting elections that includes: distributing ballots; tabulating and releasing election results; and storing and maintaining election records, supplies, and ballots. Besides, The County Clerk of Kenosha County also serves as County Board by recording and publishing the County Board proceedings.
