Service and Responsibilities:

The Circuit Court Clerk is responsible for the filing of civil cases, criminal cases, and appeals from Juvenile and General Sessions Court. Besides, the Circuit Court Clerk is also in charge of handling civil jury trials, criminal jury trials and child support cases.
