    Bail and Bondsman

Many arrested suspects want to keep out of jail while awaiting their trial date.  A judge can enable this right for you in the court order by setting a bail amount. The bail must be posted at the court as a safety guarantee for court appearance. You or a close person can complete the procedure, but if you don’t have the funds, you can ask a bondsman for help. Authorized bondsmen are typically listed at the Circuit Court. They deal with bail bonds quickly and discreetly for a 10% service fee. This is a non-refundable amount. In case you fail to show up at court, the bail posted on your behalf is lost and the bonding company will reach for a bounty hunter.
