On Aug. 28, FCSO deputies responded to a domestic in progress call in Frederick.

Deputies found a female victim who reported that Junior A. Francis, 39, assaulted her & took her infant son.

From Aug 9-22, FCSO deputies conducted 800+ traffic stops with 1,100+ violations. In some cases, a single traffic stop can lead to more than one violation.
