Important Jail Policies and Procedures
The Eagle Correctional Facility does not allow personal visits except attorneys, parole officers, and law enforcement officials and other professional visitors. Only video visits are allowed, and they are conducted through the kiosk located in the visitation lobby. Each video visitation is limited to 20 minutes. Visitors won’t be charged if they come in person to the facility, but for remote video visit, they will be charged $0.39 per minute. On-site visits are limited to one 20 minute visit in a 48 hour period, but there aren’t any such restrictions for off-site visits.
