If you wish to visit an inmate, you have to make an appointment. All visitation sessions are held on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 am to 3:30 pm. For making an appointment, you should visit this website: www.gettingout.com or you can go the sheriff’s office and use the kiosk machine in the lobby. All sessions are limited to 30 minutes and inmates are allowed a maximum of three visitors per session.
You can deposit money into an inmate’s commissary account if you left money orders in a ‘DropBox,’ which is just outside the Detention Center doors. You can also use the Trinity Kiosk machine where you can put money for inmates. The kiosk machine charges a specific sum for each transaction. Remember that all money orders must include the inmate’s name, inmate number and the name and return address of the depositor. All money orders are collected from Monday to Friday by the financial clerk Shari Butler and added to the inmate’s commissary account.
