    Bail and Bondsman

According to the Rule-7.2. (Right to release on one’s personal recognizance or on bond), an inmate or any defendant who is charged with a bailable offense can get a release from police custody during the trial on his or her personal recognizance or on an appearance bond. However, if the court or magistrate assumes that such release will not ensure the unconditional appearance of the defendant or if the defendant poses a real danger to the society or public, the court or the magistrate can impose Rule-7.3 and reject the release order. If you cannot afford to pay the bail money by yourself, you should hire a bail and bondsman. A licensed bail and bondsman would post the bail money for you and charge with at least $100 as their premium on top of the bail cost, set by the court.
